FREE GROUND SHIPPING IN THE CONTINENTAL USA on ORDERS $400+ (except on furniture and mirrors which will require special shipping and crating.) All free shipments are made through UPS Ground. Expedited shipping service options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Orders shipped outside the USA do not include any VAT. VAT will be calculated and collected separately by the customs agency in your country.
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 14 business days of receipt of the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it within 14 business days. It must also be in the original packaging.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
No warranty is valid or provided against normal wear and tear, damage from improper use, excessive moving, accidents, abuse, neglect, improper storage, or damage or appearance changes resulting from improper care or storage.
AVF, LLC does not warrant against scratches, dents, or damages incurred by improper handling, or improper cleaning products such as, but not limited to abrasive cleaning cloths and cleaning fluids, such as ammonia (Windex) that do not specifically state they are safe for acrylic and plastics. Using the improper cleaning fluids can cause cracking, discoloration, and cloudiness in the materials.
